Who can buy

Sofi Pro is sold only to companies and self-employed professionals registered in Spain. A Spanish tax ID (NIF/CIF) and a billing address in Spain are required to complete payment. Orders placed from outside Spain cannot be accepted and are refunded.

What happens after you pay

Before you pay

Enter your business name, billing address and tax ID on the secure payment page. Applicable tax and the exact total are shown there before you confirm payment. Our prices are in EUR. If Stripe offers a local currency, select EUR to avoid its currency-conversion charge; your bank may apply its own fees.

Phone answering is part of the product. In Spain the phone number is set up on your own Twilio account, so it is registered with your tax ID and your address and stays yours if you ever leave us; we guide you through it during onboarding, and approval of the Spanish regulatory documents can take a few days. Calls and messages are billed by usage at provider rates. WhatsApp is an optional add-on, billed separately at the provider rate.

After checkout, follow your account activation email, sign in to app.velorix.biz and complete the Velorix Setup wizard. If you already have an account, use the billing portal instead of purchasing a second subscription.
