From then on you bring your clients to the Velorix toolkit: Sofi Pro for your enquiries, and finance, relocation and the legal network for the clients you would otherwise lose.
What Velorix adds
- Sofi Pro: three AI assistants (receptionist, after-hours service and customer-service chat) that answer, qualify and book into your calendar, plus a CRM that keeps every follow-up on schedule. Available to Premium Agents at a reduced price, confirmed in writing before you sign.
- Rent-to-Buy: when your buyer cannot get a Spanish mortgage, a partner fund buys the property in cash and your client moves in on a notarised lease with a fixed-price purchase option.
- Foreigner mortgages: non-resident buyers are routed to specialists who shop several banks and tell them the real number for their situation.
- Purchase and renovation loan: the purchase price and the works in a single mortgage, so the listings that need work become sellable.
- Tenant solvency file: we prepare the foreign tenant's file for the landlord's own insurer to study. Velorix does not sell or broker insurance.
- Relocation for your international clients: we prepare the NIE and bank documentation, go with them to the appointments and introduce them to the bank. You earn a referral fee.
- Legal, tax and advisory network: independent regulated professionals. You make the introduction and earn a referral fee.
- Círculo: when a closed client refers someone or comes back for their next move, it is tracked automatically.
- Nuda propiedad: owners over 65 sell the bare ownership of their home and keep the lifetime right to live in it, through our partner network for seniors. A segment you could not serve becomes a deal you originate.
- A dedicated contact who handles your cases personally, with client-facing service in six languages (ES, EN, FR, DE, NL, RU).
- No fee to become a Premium Agent and no volume commitment. Referral fees are paid by bank transfer when a service closes, with a clear breakdown of what was earned and when. No minimums.
What stays with eXp.Commission split, fees, CAP and every eXp programme are set by eXp Realty, an independent brokerage, in its official documentation. Velorix does not speak for eXp and makes no promise on its behalf.

No. The Velorix toolkit works whatever brokerage you belong to. This page is for agents who choose eXp and want Velorix alongside them.
Is Velorix part of eXp?
No. Velorix SL is an independent Spanish company and eXp Realty is a separate, independent brokerage. Joining eXp is your decision and your agreement is with eXp.
What commission will I earn at eXp?
At eXp you keep 75% of your commission from your first deal and, once you reach the annual cap, 100% for the rest of your fiscal year. eXp also offers additional income: revenue share on the agents you bring in, up to 7 levels, and eXp World Holdings stock programmes. The eXp fee is 100€ a month. These are eXp terms, not Velorix terms: additional income is not guaranteed, and we go through it with you using eXp's official documentation before you decide.
Who can join eXp in Spain?
Agents with at least one year of experience at a real estate agency in Spain, as eXp requires. You can leave with 15 days' notice and take your listings and clients with you.
How much does Sofi Pro cost for an eXp agent?
Sofi Pro is available to Premium Agents at a reduced price, confirmed in writing before you sign. Call and SMS usage is charged at the provider rate, and the phone number runs on your own Twilio account, so it stays yours.
Will my current agency find out?
No. Nothing is announced to anyone: the conversation is private until you decide. If you join eXp, you do it directly with eXp, on eXp's terms.
What does Velorix charge me?
Nothing to become a Premium Agent, and there is no volume commitment. You earn referral fees on the Velorix services your clients use, paid by bank transfer when a service closes. Sofi Pro is optional, at the reduced Premium Agent price confirmed in writing before you sign.
Does my client stay mine?
Completely. We are your back-office, not a competing agent. We never prospect or cross-sell the clients you refer. You keep the relationship, the sale and every future referral.
