Do you obtain the NIE for my client?

No. We prepare and review the documents and accompany the client to the appointment. The official procedure is completed by the client or, where representation is needed, by their lawyer.

Which areas do you cover?

Our core coverage is Alicante, Elche, Málaga, Valencia and Madrid, with partners extending reach across Spain. If your client is elsewhere, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve them.

Do I earn from it?

Yes. You receive a referral fee for the services your client contracts, on the terms in your written conditions. Fees are paid by bank transfer when a service closes, with a clear breakdown.

Will you approach my client about property?

No. We work as your back-office, never as a competing agent. We never prospect or cross-sell the clients you send us; you keep the relationship and the sale.

Does it cost me anything to join?

No. Becoming a Premium Agent has no fee and no volume commitment. You refer a client when you have one.
